How It Works

Create a profile for your organisation. Invite users to join or import them using a list. Select the features you’d like activated. Create a custom link to access your company profile on Qbicle. Encourage users to download the mobile version of the application. Start automating your most basic H.R. functions.

Easy Admin

Add users to your organisation through list imports. Assign different rights and privileges to user groups. Review requests for vacation, sick leave and more. Approve job letters. Download reports on user activity and requests.

People Empowerment

Employees can apply for vacation/leave, generate a job letter, review their performance, upload a sick leave note or update their contact details, as well as many other features.

Reward Distribution
